Controlled Collapse was formed somewhere in late 2003 by the young Polish artist Wojciech 'kr-lik' Król. Inspired and impressed by the "Axis of Evil" release from the Belgian godfather of EBM Suicide Commando, kr-lik decided to start his own project called Controlled Collapse.
